- Case data: documents, case details, and notes you upload or enter, which may include your clients’ personal and legal information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process this data.
- Usage data: basic logs of how you use the platform, for security and reliability purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the platform’s features, including document storage, AI-assisted drafting, and cross-examination preparation.
- Case documents you upload may be processed by third-party AI language model providers to generate drafts, summaries, or suggested questions. These outputs are AI-generated, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by a qualified advocate before use — they do not constitute legal advice.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To improve and maintain the platform.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Documents are stored using Google Cloud Storage with access restricted to your account.
- We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data or your clients’ data to third parties.
- We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. cloud storage, AI processing, payment processing via Razorpay), each bound to process data only as instructed.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

- You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us.
